Ward James Cooper, a life-long Poughkeepsie resident, recently of Staatsburg, NY; passed away on October 31, 2023 at the Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie; at the age of 69.

He was born at Vassar Hospital in Poughkeepsie, New York on January 2, 1954, son of the late Clarence Robert Cooper and Beatrice Ellen (nee Cardinal) Cooper.

Ward has no surviving family; please offer a prayer and good thought for Ward’s Life. He will be laid to rest privately at the LaGrange Rural Cemetery, Overlook Avenue, Poughkeepsie, New York.
