Obituary
Joseph Robert Arnold, a 20-year resident of Beacon, NY, passed away on July 28,2023, at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx, NY; at the age of 80. He was born on February 5, 1943 in Brooklyn, NY, son of the late Margaret Arnold.
Joseph proudly served in the United States Army, enlisting on February 10, 1961 and received an honorable discharge on January 23, 1964.
He worked for over-20 years as a maintenance worker at the Hudson Valley VA Medical Center, Castle Point Campus in Wappingers Falls, New York; until he retired. Joe found joy from the simplest things, he loved music and movies.
Joseph was predeceased by his beloved mother Margaret; he leaves behind a dear friend and neighbor, James Harris.
His Friends will gather for a 12:00 NOON Graveside Service on Monday, September 11, 2023 at the Fishkill Rural Cemetery in the Veterans Section; 801 Route 9, Fishkill, New York.
