John Paul Komornik, Sr.
Obituary
John Paul Komornik Sr., a life-long Beacon resident passed away on March 2, 2023; at the age of 58. He was born in Poughkeepsie, NY on July 13, 1964, son of Anne Elizabeth Mary (Killmer) Adams and the late John Joseph Komornik. He attended Beacon City School, and graduated from Beacon High School class of 1982.
John worked for 5 years as a diesel mechanic for the YRC Freight Company in Maybrook, NY.
John enjoyed the NY giants, weightlifting and being the funniest man with the biggest heart anyone could come across.
Along with his mother Anne Adams, he is survived by his stepfather Robert Adams. John is survived by his two children, Meghan Rose Komornik and John Paul Komornik Jr; and one sister Marybeth Cahill.
His Family will receive Friends on Friday, March 10th from 4-8PM at the LIBBY FUNERAL HOME, 55 Teller Avenue, Beacon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10am, Saturday, March 11th at St. Joachim Church, 51 Leonard Street, Beacon, followed by interment to St. Joachim Cemetery, 325 Washington Avenue, Beacon.
