Ann L. (Yoos) LoSasso

Ann L. LoSasso, a longtime Beacon resident, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at the New York Presbyterian-Columbia Medical Center in New York, NY; at the age of 85. She was born on November 4, 1937 in Waterbury, CT, daughter of the late Charles & Irene (nee Kernathan) Yoos.

Ann had a strong, devout Catholic faith. She enjoyed attending the St. John the Evangelist Church in Beacon. Her Family was her world, she will be remembered for being a beloved mother, grandmother & great-grandmother; affectionately known as ‘Gigi’.

Ann is survived by her devoted daughters, Judith C. LoSasso of Beacon, NY; Cathy LoSasso of Buchanan, NY. Her loving granddaughters, Michelle O’Rourke and her husband Christopher, Christine Outhouse and her husband Phillip Tilley, Lisa Mastroddi and her husband Thomas. And can’t forget her great-grandchildren: Parker Tilley, Cailin O’Rourke, Jackson O’Rourke and Dominic Mastroddi. She is also survived by her two brothers, James Petruso and Paul Bonamarte; her three sisters, Judith Falanga, Christine McCray, Renee Rebecchi; and several nieces & nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 11AM, Wednesday, September 20th at St. John the Evangelist Church, 31 Willow Street, Beacon, followed by interment to St. Patrick’s Cemetery, 345 Broadway, Verplanck, NY.
