Victor Carelli, Jr., 67, a longtime Beacon resident, formerly of Danbury, CT, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at the Fishkill Center for Rehabilitation-Nursing in Beacon. He was born on March 15, 1953 in the Bronx, NY, son of the late Victor Carelli Sr. and Jennie (Vanella) Carelli. Victor or as he was affectionately known, "The Bull". He loved many things like pro-wrestling, old car shows, and loved his 1950's music, cooking for his family during the holidays. His specialty was his Thanksgiving stuffing. Thanksgiving dinner will never be the same without him. He loved his visits to the Yankee Clipper Diner in Beacon and the I-84 Diner in Fishkill, and all the staff, who over the years, became his friends. He truly loved his years in Beacon. Most especially he was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. And the people who really knew him, know that he was a longtime fan of General Hospital. Victor is survived by his three brothers and one sister: Danny Carelli and his wife Maria of the Bronx, NY; Rosario Carelli of Taos, New Mexico; Gary Carelli and his wife Marianne of Meriden, CT; Liz Carelli of Danbury, CT. He was predeceased by his brother, Cliff Carelli and his sister Vikki Carelli. Victor is also survived by several nephews, cousins & friends. His Family will have a private interment at a later date in the Wooster Cemetery in Danbury, CT. The family wishes to thank the nursing staff at the Fishkill Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Beacon for the wonderful care shown to their brother, and especially Andrea Lohman, who has known him, and taken care of him for many years. Thank you for your patience, care, and love that you gave to our brother. We will never forget all that you did for him.
