Being led by the Holy Spirit, Sister Medley-White later joined Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Wappingers Falls, New York, where she served faithfully as a Sunday School Teacher, a member of the Trustee Board, Church Secretary and sang in the Gospel Choir. Sister Medley-White loved the Lord and ensured that all her children and grandchildren knew and loved Him as well. She made certain that they all had a firm spiritual foundation and that they were fully aware of the love of Jesus Christ. Sister Medley-White practiced the teachings of Proverbs 22:6: “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from lt.”
