Maria Caputo

Maria Caputo, of Beacon , entered into rest Saturday, April 9, 2011 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Newburgh, she was 78. Born August 19, 1932 in Palermo, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Felicia Ciulla. Maria was the widow of the late Guiseppe Caputo who preceeded her in death on September 15, 1998. Survivors include her four children; Jack (Alice) Caputo of Hopewell Junction, Rosa (Bucky) Caston of Walker Valley, Sal (Lyn) Caputo of Wappingers Falls and Felicia (Ron) McKeon of Beacon. A brother Pete Ciulla, 10 grandchildren; Ryan, Ally, Damon, Sal Jr., Michael, Christina, Joseph, Andrea, Nicholas & Jordan. Four great-grandchildren; Juliana, Alexa, Gianna & Alicia, as well as several nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Michael, Sam & Salvatore Ciulla. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 12 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at Libby Funeral Home, Inc. 55 Teller Ave. Beacon, NY. Funeral services will take place Wednesday, April 13 at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Pastor Corey McCall will officiate. Interment will follow in Fishkill Rural Cemetery, Fishkill, NY.
