Gary Bechard

Bechard, Gary P. Sr., of Beacon, entered into rest Monday, April 14, 2014 at his residence. He was 71. Born December 10, 1942 in Plattsburgh, NY, he was the son of the late Antoine and Theresa J. Juneau Bechard. Gary was a retired self employed Carpenter and a United States Marine Corp. Veteran. On July 29, 1967 he married Virginia Christopian, Mrs. Bechard survives at home, in addition to his wife he is survived by three children, Michelle J. Bechard of Beacon, Gary P. Bechard Jr., of Beacon, and Charlene Van Tassel (Joseph) of Beacon, three sisters, two brothers, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A memorial visitation will be held Friday, April 18, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Libby Funeral Home, Inc. 55 Teller Ave. Beacon, NY. Arrangements are under the direction of Jarett D.
