Elizabeth Curtin

Curtin, Elizabeth ‘Beth’ a 22 year resident of Beacon, formerly of Yonkers, entered into rest Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Poughkeepsie. She was 67. Born October 16, 1945 in Yonkers, NY she was the daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth O’Neil Duffy. Elizabeth was a Receptionist, with Mid-Hudson Radiology, Wappingers Falls. She was a former parishioner of St. Denis Church, Yonkers. On May 12, 1974 she married Roger L. Curtin, in Yonkers, Mr. Curtin survives at home. In addition to her husband survivors include: two daughters Danielle (Peter) Blum of Alpharetta, GA., and Brandi Curtin of Beacon, a stepson: Kevin Curtin of Campbell Hall, NY, three grandchildren: Olivia, Ansley and Avery Grace Blum, all of Alpharetta, GA. Close family members: Jennifer & Richard Bashant of Lake George, and their two children Kelsie and Camdyn. As well as several nieces, and nephews, and loved by all she knew. She was predeceased by her aunt and uncle Mary and Arthur Duffy. Visitation will be held Friday, September 13, from 5:00 to 9:00 pm at Libby Funeral Home, Inc. 55 Teller Ave. Beacon, NY A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Saturday, September 14, at 10:00 am at St. Denis Church, 470 Van Cortland Park Ave. Yonkers, NY 10705 Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
