Barry Lent

Lent, Barry James Sr. of Beacon, formerly of Peekskill, entered into rest, Sunday, September 6, 2015, he was 72. Born December 20, 1943 in Peekskill, NY he was the adopted son of the late Perly J. and Ella Conklin Lent, his birth mother was the late Grace Spock. He was pre-deceased by his brother Wayne Seger of Verplanck. Barry was a bus driver for special needs children at the Haldane School System. A caring and devoted father, he was also well loved by his co-workers, friends, and neighbors. He was the widower of the late Josephine Camilleri. He is survived by four children; Barry Lent Jr. of Peekskill, Deborah Lent of Peekskill, Mary Frost of Middletown and David Parides, one sister: Debbie Winkler of North Carolina, two brothers: Raymond Seger and Louis Seger of South Carolina and four grandchildren; Brea Lent, Stephanie Frost, Stephen Frost and John Paulding Frost.
