Albert Lindner

Lindner, Albert Michael Jr. a lifelong area resident, entered into rest Monday, May 4, 2015 at his home. He was 89. Born April 19, 1926 in Daytona Beach, FL., he was the son of the late Albert M. Sr. and Mary Helen DreherLindner. Albert was a retired Lieutenant for the NYS Dept. of Corrections, serving over 32 years at FishkillCorrectional Facility. Survivors include his wife, Rosina Padworski Lindner, his daughter Pamela and her husband PetePavelock of Beacon, his son Joseph Lindner and his wife Lida of New York City, three grandchildren, Michael Pavelock and his wife Andrea, Stephen Pavelock and his companion Cassandra, and JuliaLindner, three great-grandchildren, Ryan, Hailey and Jayson Pavelock, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Bruce Lindner, and a sister, Sr. Ruth Lindner, O.P. Visitation will be held, Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Libby Funeral Home, Inc. 55 Teller Ave. Beacon, where, at 8:00 pm services will take place. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hudson Valley Hospice 374 Violet Ave.Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
