Oct. 31st. Have just heard the news that reached here in South Carolina. On behalf of his friends here at Sands Village, Hilton Head, I want to say that we will miss him a lot. If just seems like yesterday that I waved him off as he set off on his trip to New York. It is sad that we will not see that cheery smile again. Barbara

  8. Jeff Eichhorn says:

My brother Ted just told me about Stephen’s untimely death. My deepest sympathy to his entire family. Stephen and I grew up together within a few houses of each other and I warmly remember all the good times we had as kids, and teens. When I last saw Stephen he came into a bar in Beacon and gave me a big bear hug. Again, I am so sorry for your lose.
