Kathleen and Ray…there are no words I can offer to take your pain away. I hope you can find some comfort knowing that Raymond was so greatly loved and he loved greatly. I am thankful for the few short years we had with him. I don’t think I truly knew what love was until the day he was born. Raymond leaves behind a hole in all of us that can never be filled, but we are all better people because we loved him and he loved us. I anxiously wait for the day we all be in each other’s arms again.

Little Raymond, my cousin, my heart. I love you more than you can ever imagine. I will never forget the summers spent with you on Ackerman or when I lived with you guys. As much as it pains me seeing you go, I want to celebrate you. Cheers to you and all the smiles you put on our faces, all of the laughs you gave us and all of love you showed. Long live your smile and may your light shine forever. Rest now, angel. You’re home.

To the family and friends of Raymond, I’m so very sorry for your loss. May your memories and God’s care bring some comfort to you (Psalm 62:8) in this difficult time

  6. Sue says:

My heart was sadden when I read of the loss of your dear son, Raymond and I wanted to send my warmest condolences to the family. To lose a precious loved one, a child, a part of you, can bring such overwhelming grief but the God of all comfort tells us at 2 Kings 20:5 He doesn’t cause the loss and that He hears your prayers, sees your tears and feels your pain. Please read in the Bible at John 5:28,29 that not only does God care but lovingly gives assurance that you will have him in your life once again without all the pain we see today. Until God’s promises come true may every good thought, every memory of the love you felt, flood and overtake you with calm and peace to help you through the dark moments. Please go to jw.org for more encouraging scriptures and videos to help heal your broken heart 💔
