My deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Michael Tabon. Mike was a wonderful music teacher and a great friend! I will miss his positive attitude, his encouraging nature, his wise counsel, his infectious humor, and his amazing musicianship! Though we mourn his loss on earth, Mike in now with his Lord and heaven’s choir has gained a magnificent new member!
I am sorry to hear of Mike’s passing. He was a fine gentleman and an inspiration to generations of young singers in the Beacon school district. He also led the community chorus at the Howland Cultural Center for some years, and he will be missed and remembered.
To the Tabon Family: I will miss Michael: my friend, my mentor, and my colleague. We spent many years together in Beacon in a profession that we both loved. His dedication to the children was unparalleled. His love of his family and his faith was palpable. May his voice and body be strong once more.
Our deepest condolences to Michelle and family. It was with deepest regret that we read of Michael’s passing. We have known him for many years and he will be greatly missed. We know him as ‘Mr.T’ and the great impact he had on his students and community. We will always remember him and keep his spirit alive. I only met Michael Tabon once. But his music and psalm arrangements gave me love for God’s Word as a new Christian, and challenged my congregation to become more skillful in the praise of our Lord. Condolences and love in Christ, Natalie
We remember Michael fondly. Linda sand with him in the Newburgh Symphonic Chorale and Ken volunteered to help the chorale.
