My condolences to the Rivera family. I remember Jose as a good man, a leader who knew how to guide his fellow union members, a smart man, a family man. He was highly respected among his peers as an intelligent and fair minded union leader. He was a gentleman and he was kind. He knew how to laugh and enjoy life. It was a gift to have known Jose. I’m very sad to hear of his passing and my heart goes out to his family.
