Saddened to hear of Betty Ann’s passing. Like Melissa who commented above, we were her neighbors in Chelsea Ridge apartments for a few years. She was a wonderful neighbor, so welcoming and full of life…never missed a chance to pour a glass of wine, have good conversation or curl up and watch old movies. At the time I knew her she was living life to its fullest and that is how I will always remember her! Sending love to the family.

I’m so sad to here of Betty Ann’s passing, I know she fought a courageous battle to the end, as I knew she would she was a fighter. As kids we all were one big extended family, they were great times and great memories. But time has pulled us all in different directions, jobs, moves, health etc.. But when I would see Betty Ann we always reminisced about the old days, and the fun it was in our youth. We as cousins all have fond memories of those times. 15. Lisa Pettorossi says:

So saddened to hear of Betty Ann’s passing. As our neighbors on Vine St., Mike and Betty Ann were like family to us. I will always appreciate your mom and dad’s kindhearted and generous nature. In the months following my dad’s passing in the early 1980’s, your mom would have my mother over for dinner at least once a week and was always there for her. I am so glad we had a chance to visit with your mom a year before my mom’s passing. Although it had been many years since we were neighbors, the conversation flowed as if no time had passed at all. Your mom was a special lady and I will always have the fondest memories of her. My deepest sympathy to all of you.

  16. Joseph & Sheila Bertolozzi says:

We are so sorry to hear of Betty Ann’s passing. She was always so good to Sarah and ourselves as well as all of you were to us.

With the pandemic we currently don’t go to public gatherings, but we hold all the Coughlins in our hearts and memories.
